Having held a global CHRO role for a Fortune 500 company, and head of country human resources roles in the Mining and Aerospace industries over the last twenty years, Geoff has a thorough understanding of business operations, and the critical role leaders play in creating a high performance organizational culture. He has managed large scale change programs and has led successful company-wide organisational reviews and restructures.

As a HR generalist he has extensive experience across the full range of human resource management activities, and is recognized for having transformed HR functions into highly performing business partners, providing valued services and specialist expertise.

As a coach, Geoff draws on his extensive experience in the field of leadership development, change management and his business expertise, to assist leaders to achieve their business outcomes and maximise their leadership competencies.
