Professional Background

Emma is a distinguished Sales & New Business Expert with two decades of business experience generating sales across leading hospitality venues and lifestyle brands across both the UK and Australia wide.

After a decade working across London’s most prominent hospitality brands, Emma spent several years as the Head of Sales & Events (UK and Europe) at Soho House & Co. She devised and implemented strategies for the private spaces across the Group, whilst also launching three new international Soho House projects.

Following Emma’s extensive experience collaborating with key partners in curating some of the world’s most trusted and beloved brand experiences, Emma built her own venture by leveraging her prolific connections  to help smaller start-ups and organisations in navigating sales and new business. Emma’s curiosity for globally led experiences saw her move to Sydney to work for the powerhouse IMG, and later for Australia’s leading hospitality brand Merivale. Emma’s varied experiences at Merivale led her to developing a strong passion for the Gallup Strengths-Based Approach as well as cultivating high-performing teams. Prior to consulting at Executive Central, Emma most recently held the Head of Sales position for Lucas Restaurants in Melbourne, which further expanded her career across a new market within Australia. Here, Emma nurtured her love of cultivating peoples’ strengths as well as understanding the mechanics of high performing teams, which works to enhance team culture through authentic, conscious, and courageous leadership.
