Prior to consulting Natalie worked for over 15 years leading teams across the APAC region in a variety of industries. Her pragmatic style, backed by deep research and evidence-based practices focuses on creating tangible results. Natalie has coached and facilitated workshops for senior leaders in some of the most innovative companies nationally and internationally, including Google, Tomra, Compass, Domain, Woolworths, CBA, and Thiess. Natalie has delivered diversity, equity and inclusion programs, cultural transformation initiatives and talent programs for thousands of people. She is a frequent speaker on strategies for inclusion, well-being and performance, systems change and value creation, and an award-winning learning designer.
