Helen helps her clients to use their existing skills and capabilities more effectively, and assists them to access their experience, knowledge and personal resources to overcome challenges and to unlock their potential. She uses her unique blend of experiences to provide fresh insights and inspire her clients to develop their own unique leadership style.
Success has come to Helen through balancing a highly successful business career as a partner in a leading accounting firm with community leadership roles. She has over 20 years’ experience working in professional services firms, advising a broad range of large corporate clients in the manufacturing, mining, energy, and Government sectors.
Helen sat on the diversity board of a major organisation and is Audit Committee Chair for a substantial Asia Pacific commercial organisation.
Helen believes strongly in community impact and is Chair of Shine for Kids and holds other not-for-profit board roles.
Helen was formerly a telephone crisis counsellor and has completed psychology studies.
She has been described as ‘a natural manager of people’ who ‘gives time, inspires confidence and motivates staff in even the most challenging situations’.
