Holly brings extensive experience working with clients in the organisational development environment. This has included developing, facilitating and embedding leadership programs and culture change initiatives, and coaching both frontline leaders and Executive leadership. Holly has also held a variety of strategic and
operational project and change management roles across a variety of industries including mining, utilities, construction, oil and gas, transport, energy, government, insurance, corporate services and education.
Holly is passionate about applying positive psychology, neuroscience and resilience principles to the development of people, enabling individuals and organisations to achieve their strategy and goals.
Holly has recent experience leading change in financial services through her previous role as head of leadership and capability within Queensland Treasury Corporation’s Client Division.
In addition to this, Holly has spent the past 15 years working as a consultant and an employee, leading complex behavioural change initiatives within the public
and private sector.
Her initial career in mining included supporting female leadership through her involvement in Women in Mining WA.
Holly was then pivotal in building the KPMG national strategy for leadership and learning. In this role, she led the design, development and delivery of large-scale
change leadership programs that spanned corporate and public sector clients. She also played a coaching role to Executive leaders.
