Theo Giannou draws on a successful corporate career in the Asia Pacific region spanning over 25 years. He has a long legacy of inspiring innovation, developing leaders and leading transformational change. During the last ten years as a regional head in regulatory and business development roles within the pharmaceutical industry, he built and developed regional capabilities from the ground up.
He has led transformational changes that have often exceeded business goals, attributed to an unwavering passion for developing talent, an energising and strength based-approach to inspiring and bringing the best out of people and teams, and an intimate appreciation of cultural diversity.
Based in Sydney and Shanghai, Theo has worked closely with companies across the region to lead change and develop talent, including in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
He was also responsible for leading global teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, to create and implement global business solutions.
Theo attributes his success to his natural aptitude in understanding people, passion for developing high impact leaders, and developing high performing teams. As a business owner, Theo now dedicates his time to his passion for developing leadership with individuals and teams.
