ABOUT

Trish has been working as an Executive Leadership Coach with the Executive Central Group since 2007 as Principal, ACT. Trish commenced her career in the Commonwealth Government , and private sector in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Trish has led numerous initiatives in talent management for the Commonwealth Government, and has worked with the public sector in various capacities for over 30 years. She established Chandler Macleods first Australian multi branded office in Canberra, and led one of the first national talent resourcing initiatives utilising psychological assessment for the staffing of the then Office of National Security.

Trish is a founder and previous President of Women in Communication, an initiative to provide mentoring and coaching for women working in the ICT industry.

As General manager of Andersen Contracting, she founded The Project Executive Forum in Canberra, aimed at providing networking, coaching and mentoring for executives. The unique initiative was subsequently established in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Trish has worked as a Lifeline telephone crisis counsellor, has significant experience in outplacement management, and talent management with a focus on innovation, career transition and career management.

Trish is a consummate networker – a skill she regularly uses to assist her clients. Trish is passionate about coaching, empowering and enabling clients to embrace change, and balance their life with humour. She aspires to quality conversations that result in confident, action and outcome oriented results.

Trish has qualifications in Leadership Coaching, HR, Talent Management, 360 Assessment and Recruitment. Trish enjoys sharing her mistakes, knowledge and her own journey with her clients. Trish constantly embraces and enables change

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Trish has in excess of 30 years professional experience in the public and private sectors in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Following her Commonwealth government career, Trish transitioned into the communications and media sector. This led to an opportunity in Sydney in the HR, Talent and Recruitment sector, ultimately specialising in the ICT consulting and the professional services sector.

Trish has consistently embraced change and her market acumen has resulted in the establishment of successful businesses and national projects: these are capabilities she is passionate about sharing with executives to help them achieve their goals through effective and empowering leadership.
