The Women Leading Virtual Leadership Program is a targeted leadership development initiative that supports individuals and organisations to meet and exceed gender diversity policy objectives.
It improves female representation in senior leadership roles, increases the female talent succession pipeline and improves female engagement.
The program is delivered over six months and is centred around 5 x 2.5 hour workshops focussed on leadership theory and practice, career and personal development.
