Drawing on three decades as a technology executive, Jo has personally built and led high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across both large enterprises, including Microsoft and Cisco, and dynamic startup environments. Her deep executive experience gives her the unique insight to navigate the politics and pressure inherent in complex organisations, coaching leaders to sharpen their focus, elevate their personal brand, and accelerate their goals.
Jo holds a Masters of Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney) and a Bachelor of Business (UTS). She is deeply committed to nurturing executive talent, evidenced by her role as a founding coach of The Marketing Academy in Australia.
