Leah Sertori is a facilitator and coach who works within collaborative initiatives to help her clients achieve change. An experienced leader in the fields of higher education, health and sustainability, Leah has demonstrated skill engaging community, business and the public service in change initiatives.
Leah has fifteen years’ experience serving in Chief Executive roles, for Melbourne Cares, Sustainable Regional Australia, Be.Bendigo and LEAD Loddon Murray. A specialist in leadership within collaborative business models, Leah’s work has informed successful bids for public and private investment and led to systemic change.
Leah’s experience as a consultant supporting leaders in the public sector includes the co-design of leadership development programs, formal learning design of qualifications within the AQF, Levels 6,7 and 8.
Throughout her career Leah has worked at the intersection of industry, education and community on strategic initiatives to benefit students and educational institutions.
Leah’s practice designing and facilitating leadership development initiatives follows extensive experience as a Chief Executive Officer, leading teams and engaging with a board of directors. Leah brings a wealth of experience and empathy for senior leaders working in complexity and ambiguity.
Leah is an Associate of the University of Melbourne’s Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences and Business and Economics. Leah is often described as bringing a sense of humour and earthiness to her work. She’s down to earth and approachable.
