CEOs, executives and senior managers engage Reyna to assist them and their teams with reflecting on, challenging and changing their leadership practice – achieved through tailored individual and group coaching, bespoke training experiences and network development programs. Reyna’s crucial role involves identifying leadership strengths and challenges, articulating vision, and committing to the strategic and behavioural change required to drive organisations forward. By prioritising future focussed practice within environments supporting diversity and inclusion, Reyna’s chief goal is to help leaders find their influence and voice.

Professional Background

Having accumulated 30 years of senior executive experience, Reyna has coached more than 2,000 leaders working with clients from 60 nationalities across a diverse breadth of 70 industries. These extend to include ASX 200 companies in the Australia and Asia-Pacific regions in banking, property, financial and professional services, and government. Above all, Reyna supports leaders to drive transformational change, backed with an understanding of the drivers and opportunities underpinning the contemporary business world we exist within.
