Sally-Anne has broad corporate and governance experience – having worked within Toyota, BHP, ACI Packaging and National Australia Bank, as well as acting as a non-executive director in the health, education and social services sectors.
Sally-Anne has worked extensively as an executive coach, facilitator and coached groups on leadership. She has lived experience as a senior woman in corporate Australia and as Chair of boards, committees and cross-industry groups. Moreover, she has acquired skills in the creation and deployment of business strategy across large and complex organisations. Such amassed experience has seen her accumulate considerable expertise in process improvement, organisational design and corporate social responsibility.
Throughout her career, Sally-Anne has consistently been a trustworthy and capable advisor for the managers, executives, CEOs, directors and Chairs she has worked with, as an executive herself and later as a Board director. Professional Background
Sally-Anne’s executive coaching and consulting practice follows a senior career in corporate Australia and 20 years in industry. Whilst building her coaching practice, Sally had board appointments in the health, education and social services sectors. Sally also coached at the University of Melbourne, as part of a Leadership and Innovation program for industry.
