The Emerging Leaders Program provides foundations to help organisations build their leadership into the digital age and beyond. The online program will help emerging leaders establish the critical link between leadership and business performance when business models need to be flexible and adaptable. As a research-based program for emerging leaders, the program will provide pragmatic applications to help lift the capabilities of your leadership and those in your team.  

This ‘hands-on’ style of delivery of coaching has been detailed by McKinsey research as the most effective way to garner the skills required for leadership. Delivered over 5 weeks, the Emerging Leadership program is centred around 5 workshops based on practical reflection and application of methods to achieve results. The Emerging Leaders Program comes from a coaching angle rather than a training angle to create a highly engaging experience impacting each individual to build lasting skills.
