Identify and embrace your individual strengths using the CliftonStrengths® assessment. This module empowers participants to adopt a strengths-based approach, thereby improving team dynamics and fostering a supportive organisational culture. With a personalised Strengths Report in hand, participants will devise clear strategies to maximise their unique capabilities and achieve sustained leadership success.
Driving for Career Success
Career progression necessitates deliberate planning and purposeful action. In this module, participants refine their personal brand, engage in strategic networking, and map out tangible career pathways.
