Jane is an experienced, senior executive with special expertise in Strategy, Leadership, and Organisational Transformation. Jane has a reputation for focused delivery, strategic thinking, adaptability and a proven ability to deliver organisational change whilst maintaining employee engagement. Jane is creative, consultative and collaborative. She has deep understanding of people, governance and operational issues within both financial services and the Human Services sectors.
She is a high-level thinker who can get things done. She can drive change through effectively building and harnessing relationships. She trusts herself and is motivated by new ventures. She strives to inspire, motivate and embolden others through genuine and authentic connections.
Most recently Jane has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC), initially as Managing Director for Corporate Services and then as Managing Director for Finance, Data and Compliance. She has held senior HR roles and has successfully run her own consulting company for many years developing broad, diversified experience, from executive leadership to community consultation. Jane’s career began in child protection and disability services, moved through consulting in leadership, change, Diversity and Inclusion and program evaluation, before moving into “C” suite executive roles within financial services.
