Joe cares deeply about wellbeing, resilience and
sustainability. Joe’s recent focus has been in the
Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare Sectors with
a core focus in aligning individual and organisational
performance in complex transformational environments
through the design and implementation of work systems
that support agility and creativity.
Joe brings his passion to the fore through building strong

mentoring at all levels – from Board to First Line
Operators.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Joe has over 22 years of hands-on experience, providing advice and leading strategic corporate functions in Africa,
Singapore and Australia. Joe has provided advice and
coaching to clients such as BMW, BHP Billiton, Anglo
American, Charter Hall, Telstra, Estee Lauder, NRMA,
RACQ and an array of Queensland and New South Wales
Government Departments.
