Shane has been fortunate to create working partnerships in the fields of elite sport, public sector, private sector as well as not-for-profit.
After ten years of working in the Manufacturing Industry (Dairy Food), Shane took an extended break to travel through Africa which ignited a curiosity as to how leaders in different fields are primarily aiming to achieve very similar things, however utilise significantly different methods.
Following this trip, Shane returned to work in the Wine Industry and started to introduce leadership methods learned from his travels as well as his involvement in sport. Shane extended his involvement in sport to include roles at the elite level, guiding the person first and the athlete second.
A curiosity for further study and exploration in the field of Coaching, Leadership & Team Principles was undertaken which then allowed Shane to pivot his career. For the past seventeen years Shane has experienced the privilege to work in his field of passion, that being to assist people to achieve their own version of great things.
