Commercially savvy, driving organisational development outcomes and delivering innovative, fit for purpose solutions. Jac has a passion for building leadership capability and organisational cultures where people perform and grow.
An experienced people leader and coach, leadership and learning professional and passionate advocate for employee engagement, Jac has demonstrated experience across talent management disciplines including; talent acquisition, development, performance, succession, change management and engagement.
Jac most recently worked at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as the Head of Leadership and Engagement, where she managed the leadership and development strategy across the Asia Pacific territories. This included 5 years supporting the David Gonski program, CCEPs version of the Executive Central Women Leading Program as a co-facilitator and coach.
Jac has extensive facilitation and coaching experience supporting leaders and individuals at all levels. Jac is currently coaching on two Women Leading Programs in the infrastructure industry building her experience and coaching practice.
Ian approaches business and leadership development with an openness and natural empathy that allows people to readily get to the core of consumer, customer and company opportunities.
