As an experienced coach, facilitator and keynote speaker, Lisa firmly believes in the importance of creating safe and engaging environments where individuals and teams can gain essential insights in order to create constructive and lasting change.
Lisa’s global experience has seen her work across Australia-wide, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, Korea, UK and USA. Working across a variety of industries across the enterprise supporting leaders (CEO, ELT/SLT) and teams to achieve transformational change and unlock growth across all levels of the organisation.
Lisa has extensive coaching and facilitation experience across the leadership domain. Lisa has worked across Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, Korea, UK and USA with companies in technology, financial services, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, government, defence and non for profit. Lisa delivered leadership development, women development, high potential programs (maximising talent) & culture change initiatives. She delivers keynotes on topics such as resilience and high performance to audiences of more than 3,000 people.
